TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP
Effective August 31, 2026 • Version 1.0
These Terms of Membership govern your purchase and use of RESET Marketing Lab (“RESET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By checking the agreement box, completing enrollment, accessing the member portal, or using member materials, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
1. ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLMENT INFORMATION
RESET Marketing Lab is intended for real estate professionals. You represent that the name, email, phone number, primary real estate license state, real estate license number, brokerage or company information, and payment information you provide are accurate and current. If you hold licenses in more than one state, provide your primary license information.
Enrollment is automatic and is not an endorsement or confirmation of licensure. RESET may verify enrollment or license information at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for materially false information, fraudulent enrollment, or use inconsistent with these Terms.
2. MEMBERSHIP ACCESS AND LIMITED LICENSE
Your active membership gives you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access RESET training and use the strategies, scripts, templates, ads, funnels, worksheets, recordings, playbooks, and other resources in your own real estate business. You may customize and implement the materials for your own marketing and may profit from the business results of that implementation. Membership does not transfer ownership of RESET intellectual property.
3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND PROHIBITED USE
RESET and its licensors retain all ownership rights in the member portal, curriculum, brand, designs, recordings, written materials, templates, systems, and derivative materials.
You may not share your login; give access to another agent, team, brokerage, marketer, business, or third party; screen-record or redistribute videos; copy, publish, upload, give away, sell, sublicense, or publicly display RESET materials; remove branding or present RESET materials as your own; upload substantial RESET content to another course, membership, community, public AI knowledge base, shared repository, coaching product, or training library; or use substantial portions of RESET materials to create or improve a competing educational product or service.
4. ACCOUNT SECURITY
Your account is personal to you. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and activity under your account. Notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
5. BILLING, RENEWAL, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS
Membership is billed monthly on a recurring basis using the payment method provided at checkout. The founding-member rate is $67 per month and remains available while the membership stays continuously active. If the membership ends and you later rejoin, the then-current public price may apply.
Your membership renews automatically each month until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the available account or support process. Cancellation stops future renewals and ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and there are no prorated refunds or credits for partial months, unused access, or failure to use the membership.
6. CONDUCT AND PROTECTED COMMUNITY
Members must interact professionally and may not harass others, misuse private member information, disrupt the community, solicit members in a deceptive or abusive way, impersonate another person, interfere with the platform, or use RESET to violate law or third-party rights. Community or Facebook-group access is limited to active members and may be removed when membership ends.
7. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION
RESET may suspend or terminate access, with or without prior notice where appropriate, for unpaid fees, chargeback abuse, materially false license information, fraudulent enrollment, account sharing, intellectual-property theft, unauthorized copying or redistribution, entering primarily to copy or resell RESET materials, creating a competing educational product from protected materials, unlawful conduct, or other material violations. Termination does not grant a refund and does not end obligations that by their nature survive.
8. RESULTS AND EDUCATIONAL DISCLAIMER
RESET provides education, examples, tools, and implementation support. We do not guarantee leads, clients, listings, revenue, profits, advertising performance, or any particular business outcome. Results depend on market conditions, skill, effort, budget, execution, compliance, and other factors outside our control. Nothing in the membership is legal, tax, accounting, financial, brokerage, or other regulated professional advice.
9. YOUR COMPLIANCE RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for reviewing and adapting all strategies and materials for your business and for complying with applicable real estate licensing rules, brokerage policies, advertising laws, fair-housing requirements, consumer-protection laws, privacy and communications laws, platform policies, and local, state, and federal requirements. Consult qualified professionals when needed.
10. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND CHANGES
We may add, remove, update, replace, or reorganize content, sessions, features, instructors, and delivery methods as the membership evolves. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access, but will use commercially reasonable efforts to maintain the service.
11. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RESET materials and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RESET will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. RESET’s aggregate liability arising from the membership will not exceed the membership fees you paid during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Texas, subject to applicable law.
13. ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT AND RECORDS
Your electronic action—including checking the agreement box, submitting payment, or accessing the membership—constitutes your signature and agreement to these Terms. You consent to electronic records and communications. RESET may retain your identity, acceptance date and time, IP or transaction data, and the version of the Terms accepted.
14. CHANGES, SEVERABILITY, AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
We may update these Terms prospectively and will post a revised version or provide notice when required. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and checkout disclosures form the entire agreement about the membership.
15. CONTACT
Questions, cancellations, or suspected unauthorized use: [email protected].
YOUR MEMBERSHIP IS YOURS TO USE—NOT YOURS TO REDISTRIBUTE.
Learn it. Run it. Put it to work in your real estate business. Just don’t share, copy, resell, or redistribute RESET training and resources.
