RESET MARKETING LAB

PRIVACY POLICY

Effective September 1, 2026 • Version 1.0

This Privacy Policy explains how RESET Marketing Lab (“RESET,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you visit our websites, register for an event, purchase a membership, access the member portal, communicate with us, or otherwise use our services.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We may collect information you provide directly, including your name, email address, phone number, billing information, primary real estate license state, license number, brokerage or company name, account credentials, form responses, support requests, course activity, and communications with us.

Payment card information is processed by our payment providers. RESET does not receive or store your complete card number.

We may also collect information automatically, including your IP address, browser and device information, pages viewed, links clicked, referring source, approximate location, cookies, advertising identifiers, and information about how you interact with our websites, emails, advertisements, courses, and member portal.

2. HOW WE USE INFORMATION

We use information to process registrations and purchases; create and administer accounts; provide course and membership access; deliver emails, text messages, reminders, receipts, support, and service communications; personalize the member experience; verify eligibility or professional information; operate and improve our websites, training, advertising, and services; prevent fraud, account sharing, abuse, and unauthorized redistribution; enforce our Terms of Membership; measure advertising and campaign performance; comply with legal obligations; and protect RESET, our members, and others.

3. EMAIL AND TEXT COMMUNICATIONS

We may send transactional or service-related communications concerning registrations, purchases, account access, billing, live sessions, security, and support. Where permitted and with any consent required by law, we may also send marketing communications.

You may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the message. You may opt out of text messages by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing messages does not prevent necessary account, transaction, security, or support communications where allowed by law.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

4. COOKIES, ANALYTICS, AND ADVERTISING

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies to keep our sites functioning, remember preferences, understand site usage, measure conversions, improve our services, and deliver or evaluate advertising.

These providers may include website and CRM platforms, analytics providers, advertising platforms such as Meta, email and messaging providers, and payment processors. Their use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

You can adjust browser cookie settings, but blocking certain cookies may affect site or account functionality. Advertising choices may also be managed through the applicable advertising platform.

5. HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with vendors and service providers that help us operate our business, including website hosting, CRM, course delivery, payment processing, email, SMS, customer support, analytics, advertising, security, and professional services.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, safety, property, or security; investigate fraud, abuse, or violations; enforce our agreements; or complete a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, sale, or transfer of all or part of the business.

We may share information at your direction or with your consent.

6. PAYMENT AND RECURRING BILLING DATA

Payments and recurring membership charges are handled by third-party payment processors. Those providers receive the information necessary to authorize charges, manage subscriptions, prevent fraud, issue receipts, and process refunds or disputes. RESET may retain transaction details such as purchase amount, billing status, subscription status, payment date, and limited payment-method information.

7. MEMBER PORTAL AND COMMUNITY INFORMATION

Information you choose to post in a member community, comments area, live session, Facebook group, or other shared member space may be visible to other participants. Do not post sensitive personal information in shared areas.

We may use enrollment email, membership status, license state, or license number to verify eligibility for member-only groups or resources.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain business and transaction records, administer active or former accounts, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and comply with legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory obligations. Retention periods vary by the type of information and the reason it was collected.

9. DATA SECURITY

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No website, transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access.

10. YOUR PRIVACY CHOICES

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. These rights may be subject to legal exceptions and verification requirements.

To submit a privacy request, email [email protected]. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND SERVICES

Our websites and courses may link to third-party websites, tools, platforms, or services. RESET is not responsible for the privacy, security, content, or practices of third parties. Review their policies before providing information.
